Allyson Kudla
Bio:
Allyson Kudla is a Connecticut born, NY/CT based dance technician,
performer, and teacher from Hofstra University’s Honors College class of 2022.Allyson reached great heights in multiple organizations at Hofstra including, “Dancers in Schools” and “Danceworks.” Allyson trained in dance from age 4, studying a variety of styles, both technically and creatively. She is a strong alum from The Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts and was a dancer for the Hartford City of
Ballet in her young adult years. At the collegiate level Allyson performed for multiple choreographers including Amy Marshall, Rachel List, Olivia Mode-Cater, Yoshito Sakuraba, and Heather Waldon. Allyson’s choreography has been presented at Mischellious Works, Student Repertory Showcases, and Senior Choreographer’s
Showcase at Hofstra University. Preceding graduation, Allyson moved to Brooklyn, NY where she worked in the NYC Department of Education and part-time at Elizabeth's Dance Image teaching an array of dance styles. Recently, Allyson relocated to Southington, CT and will be the ballet technique teacher at Nutmeg Performing Arts Center in Bristol as she’s simultaneously pursuing a masters degree at CCSU.
